Yesterday, I went to do laundry and our sewer was all backed up. So my dad came and did something to try and fix it, but it didn't work. Today I am waiting for the plumber to come. He is already a half hour late. Do I get charged by the hour from my appointment time or from the time he gets here? Because at $80 an hour, I can't afford much... Wish me luck.
