Jacob drew me some lovely pictures today. This is him holding one of them. He drew a different picture of a dog and wrote 'Dog' at the top so I would know what it was! He is learning so fast and starting to do a little bit of reading. The other day I asked Burger if we should go play at the p-a-r-k, and spelled out the word ya know, so the little people wouldn't get any ideas. Well, Jacob sounded it out and figured out that I had spelled park! Smart guy! And yes, we took him to the park for his efforts.
We went to Dairy Queen for some ice cream after dinner tonight. If you ignore the large guy in the background, this is a really cute picture of Emrick messily eating her ice cream cone!
