Hey Mandi, Thanks for the card... You didn't have to do that! Geez has it been Ka...Razy around here??!!! Last Friday night, Cody was playing a show at the house of bricks in Des Moines and after they loaded their equipment up, he was going back in to listen to a song by another band and fell down a whole flight of cement stairs. HORRIBLE and he is freakin lucky he didn't die or paralyze himself. He spent almost 3 days in the ICU at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. We finally got to bring him home Monday night. He lucked out and didn't have any bleeding on the brain or broken vertebrae. Just multiple basaral fractures and a nasty laceration above his left eye. Oh... and of course lots and losts of bruising and soreness on his entire body. He was so swollen - SAD. He finally got a release to go back to work tomorrow on light duty. Man was that some scary stuff. Life can change so darn quick. We were very lucky things turned out as well as they did!!!! Anyway thanks for stopping by. Dillon and Jessika had one of those bouncy things like you dropped off... but I'm using it at my house in the kitchen. He loves it!! Thanks again and God Bless, from aunty dawn
